Medicolegal Reports

The preparation of a Medicolegal Report is based on a face-to-face assessment, documents or, ideally, both. The assessment of the client should be tailored to the purpose of the report and the specific questions asked by the referrer. In Court related matters, the solicitor will usually ask detailed questions to ensure that the Expert Witness assists the Court by fully explaining relevant details of their client’s situation in a way that will suit the legal approach to the case.
